The One Rule That Ends Most Disputes

Yes. Payments are processed through Paystack or Flutterwave and held in a dedicated trustee escrow account — completely separate from TrustWire's operating funds. Your money cannot be accessed by anyone until the transaction is resolved. TrustWire is incorporated under CAC and operates within the State Money Lender License framework.
We strongly recommend GIG Logistics because their API lets us trigger the OTP automatically when the courier scans the package — which protects both parties. If you use another service (such as a local transport park or personal driver), you can still proceed but both parties must accept a digital waiver, and the OTP system works manually. Whoever requests the unverified route takes on the delivery risk.
